Last Night's Dinner

Spring rolls served with hoisin sauce covered with chopped peanuts and rice noodles in a chicken based broth made with ginger, garlic and onions. :)

The mister has been working long hours lately. It's given me the opportunity to cook more and feel slightly more accomplished in the kitchen without the master chef hovering over my shoulder, but I am definitely looking forward to the weekend when we can hopefully spend some more time together.
